Class of 2019,
Yearbook Photos will be taken on Saturday, November 17 from 8am-4pm in the Brooklyn Tech cafeteria.
Students who have not been photographed yet and those who need a retake of their original photos may attend.
If you have NOT taken your photo yet, there is NO COST for getting your photo taken.
If you are taking your portrait photo again, there is a $20 re-sit fee.
Please use the visitor's entrance (northeast corridor) to enter the building on November 17. Once you arrive at the cafeteria, there will be a registration table with a sign-in sheet. Students will be photographed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additionally, there are a limited number of scheduled time slots available at BTHS. To schedule a retake timeslot at the school, click the "schedule your photos" link at portraitsusainc.com(http://schedule.
portraitsusainc.net/) and use code BTHSRETAKE (one word, not case sensitive). Scheduling/Login.aspx
You may also visit Portraits USA's studio for yearbook retakes. Use code BTHS19 to pull up their studio calendar. The studio's address appears above the calendar.
WHAT TO WEAR TO YEARBOOK PORTRAITS:
There is no required dress code for BTHS senior portraits since the portrait company provides a "drape” for all students to wear for the sitting. Students can choose between two drapes: a dress or a suit. Both of these are worn over their own clothes. The portrait company recommends that all students wear a tank top or tube top underneath their clothing to make changing into and wearing the drapes easier. They also ask that students come to their appointment with their hands and nails camera-ready.
