If a major is using props, signs, costumes, etc. they must be prepared beforehand and available at the scheduled photo time. We will not wait or delay the photo shoot so a major can get signs made, props set up, etc.. WE ARE STARTING EXACTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME!

All signs, props and people in the photo must be dressed and behave appropriately, in accordance with Department of Education regulations. Therefore objects like fake guns, offensive language, gang signs or inappropriate attire will not be tolerated. Concealing one’s identity is also not permitted.

STUDENTS ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE MAJOR PHOTO. ANY STUDENT THAT SNEAKS INTO THE PHOTO OF ANOTHER MAJOR, OR DOES NOT BELONG TO THE 2019 GRADUATING CLASS, WILL FORFEIT THEIR OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THE GOLD AND SILVER SENIOR DUES PACKAGE (WHICH INCLUDES THE YEARBOOK). IN ADDITION THESE STUDENTS WILL BE DENIED PERMISSION TO ATTEND SCHOOL SPONSORED EXTRA-CURRICULAR EVENTS LIKE THE SENIOR TRIPS. THE RUINED MAJOR PHOTO WILL BE USED AS EVIDENCE IN SUCH CASES.

The major photo process should be a fun and exciting part of your senior year. Please help to ensure that your major is reflected positively and accurately in the 2019 Senior Yearbook.

Thank you,
Mr. Johnston, Yearbook Advisor
