"Praying for Rain" Honored!!!
This year's fall Play "Praying for Rain" was nominated for the prestigious Shubert Foundation HS Theatre Awards. Each year students vie to be in the top 5 spots which are showcased on a Broadway stage. Brooklyn Tech came within the top 7 schools in the entire city- competing against every Theatre school imaginable from every borough. Such schools like LaGuardia and Morrow are examples. Brooklyn Tech's Production of PFR is honorably mentioned and will be acknowledged at the award ceremony next month at the Music Box Theatre. We are extremely proud of our actors, stage works technicians and staff who work so hard on all productions, but particularly the fall play. Reach for the stars and the moon! Go thespians!
